INCREDIBLE Hulk & AWESOME Panda

Just came back from a "FANTABULASTIC" movie marathon yesterday at Time Square GSC.

Let's just cut to the chase and jump to the main point that some of you guys have been asking for, shall we? ;) XP


3 words.
Funny. Cool. AWESOME!!~ XP
To quote from Po (the main character, the Panda's name) while he was dreaming,

"There is no charge for awesomeness... or attractiveness."

You've gotto say it in that MANLY, UBER-COOL accent and pose (after beating a whole gang of baddies of course)... The type that makes girls go weak~ XP

WAIT!!
There's more to the AWESOMEness!~ XP

"Legend tells of a legendary warrior whose kung fu skills were the stuff of legend.
It is said that his enemies would go blind from over-exposure to pure awesomeness!"

FIRST and FOREMOST!
The HUMOR!!
The whole irony, and idea of a FAT animal fighting Kung Fu,
contrasting to the Tiger, Crane, Monkey, Snake, and Mantis,
It can only mean LOADS of Funny moments.
Remember the saying, "The way to a man's heart is through his stomach?"
Same goes for Po. XP



The CG are damn gao awesome!!~
Fluid movements, totally brings out the whole KUNG FU fast paced action,
though most of the times a little short, but still! It ain't easy.
Those animators at DreamWorks should really be rewarded nicely for their AWESOME work! XP
Although much of the action are very MATRIX-like,
but, it only proves the MATRIX effect is still way too AWESOME!! XP
AND!
It adds to the humor! XP


As you can see from above just now,
The dialogue is HILARIOUS!!

Po: "The Furious Five! You look a lot bigger than your action figures! Except you, Mantis. You're about the same."

Po: "The Sword of Heroes! Said to be so sharp you can get cut just by looking at - Ow!"

Po: [looking around at the historical artifacts in the palace] "Wow! I've only seen paintings of that painting!"

There are also some WISE dialogue too!
Oogway (The Wise Master's WISER MASTER): "Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. That is why it is called the present."

These are just a FEW of the witty, well thought, comical, and executed-out-exactly-at-the-right-moments dialogue!
Please, please do yourself a favor and watch the movie, if not for the AWESOME Graphics, AWESOME Action CG, AWESOME Humor, at least for the AWESOME of AWESOME-st dialogue! ;D

Of course, on top of ALLLL THOSEEE,
What's a good movie without a GOOD story-line?
Face it.
It's an ANIMATED flick.
How deep can it get?
BUT!
They don't TRY to BE something ELSE.

On top of that,
Like any children rhyme/story,
It has a moral behind it.
And, I believe, in our society nowadays,
It really really applies very well.
PLEASE PLEASE watch it. ;)

So,
As you can see.
The Movie ROCKS.
I LOVE IT! :D XP

What's my final say?
It's worth paying more than RM10 to watch!
Go to The Pavilion! Go to IMAX!
Watch it in 3D! Watch it on a massage chair!!
It's totally worth it! ;D XP

So...
On two our 2nd movie...
which is INCREDIBLE! XP



Hmm...
Okay...
I'll admit...
This movie's ACTION parts are MUCH better than Iron Man.
I'll admit it.

C'mon, a big gigantic green beast running around loose and wild has gotta make more damage than a puny man in an "gold-titanium alloy" suit flying around shooting things with his puny missiles and plasma cannon right? XP
And like my friend, Joshua, said,
"If the Hulk were to grab Iron Man, that "super-hard" suit would just go bust!"

Seriously...
What kinda muscles are so high in density that they become BULLET-PROOF? =.=" XP
I bet Iron Man's Plasma Cannons can't wound him much too~ They'd just bounce off... =.=" XP

So... anyway...
Story-wise,
It's fast paced.
No dodgy dodgy, not trying to be emo-emo,
not the hide and seek kinda show.
We came to watch the HULK, we get to see the HULK.
A LOT OF IT. :D




And the VILLAIN.
There's a villain in here! (Not like some *cough*weird Dad*cough*, or the army.. =.=")

His Hulk SMASH and Hulk "Clap" XP hahaha~

There's this scene where the Hulk aka Bruce wants to save his damsel in distress
from a soon-to-explode and already on fire helicopter.
He claps his hands and the air flow produced extinguishes the fire.
OH MY FREEZING BALLS OF JUPITER!! XP
That's like, SO DAMN FAKE and GAY, but at the same time... INCREDIBLE!! XP

This movie's worth any normal cinema ticket, that's around RM10. ;) XP

Always popping up in every Marvel Superhero flick and having a cameo somewhere, somehow.
